Every accepted paper must have at least one full member or non-member registration. A full (member or non-member) registration entitles you to present a maximum of 2 papers.

1) Each full member or non-member registration can cover up to two abstracts;
2) Each student member or non-member registration can cover one abstract;
3) One full non-student registration covers one paper and one abstract, more will require extra cost.

Can I get an invitation letter to obtain funding without being registered?
- No. The email with the acceptance of your paper should be used to apply for funding. The purpose of an invitation letter is to get a visa to Australia. Only if you regsiter, we will issue an invitation letter.

What does the word "member" and "non-member" refers to?

This refers to membership of the IEEE. If you are a member of the IEEE, you get a member registration.

For IJCNN, members of INNS should also register as a member registeration.

Can I register as a student?

I have 5 papers with my students at the Congress. How should I register them?

First, you should register as a full member or non-member. This will entitle you to 2 papers. You then pay the extra fees for each additional paper on top of the 2 you are entitled for. In this example, you will need to pay A$250 for each of the extra three papers. Then, you students can register as students.
